What products do you sell?

Mission24 sells a variety of Christian resources designed to have a direct impact on your walk with God. Each item has been put together after years of biblical study by either Jonathan Conrathe, the Founder and Director of Mission24, or Ralph Turner, who is Team Pastor and has a Masters in Theology.

One of our most popular items is the Healing For You resource which comes in CD, USB and download format. Proverbs 4:22 tells us that God’s words are “life to those who find them, and healing (Heb. medicine) to ALL their flesh!” Having been healed on a number of occasions through meditating on and declaring the Healing Scriptures, on this recording Jonathan declares and prays the promises of God concerning healing, all with a background of anointed worship music. A powerful ministry resource.

Where do your products come from?

All of our raw products are sourced from within the UK and, where possible, use local suppliers.

Mission24 will not tolerate forced, bonded or compulsory labour, human trafficking and other kinds of slavery and servitude within our supply chain and are committed to taking appropriate steps to ensure that our suppliers are fully compliant with this mandate.

When will I receive my order?

Mission24 will aim to dispatch all orders placed through the Mission24 website to UK addresses within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please do not place orders for items that are marked as out of stock as we will not be able to fulfil this request.

Should you require to order the following:
  • two or more of the same item
  • a number of different items
  • or are ordering from outside of the UK
please contact us via info@mission24.co.uk, providing the number and description of the items required and your shipping address. This will enable us to confirm with you an accurate shipping cost and will avoid you paying additional and uneccessary shipping costs for each item.

On confirmation that you are happy with the shipping cost, Mission24 will send you a secure payment link via email. Items will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.

All orders will receive an official order confirmation.

What can I do if my order is defective?

We are sorry that your order is not as you hoped it would be. All products are inspected for external damage before shipping to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality.

Please contact us at info@mission24.co.uk, providing the order confirmation no and details of the item ordered. If the damage is external, we would be grateful if you could send us a photo of the damage, so that we can review and improve our packing methods or the courier used.

We will endeavour to rectify the issue for you as soon as practicable, once this information has been received. There is no need for you to return the defective product.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Firstly, apologies that your order has not arrived. We aim to despatch all ordered items being shipped to UK addresses within 48 hours of the order placement. You will have received a despatch notification with a tracking number if applicable via email, upon despatch of your order.

Please contact us at info@mission24.co.uk, giving the order confirmation number and the parcel tracking number provided, so that we can look into this issue for you.

Note: Mission24 do not accept liability for packages that are proven to have been successfully delivered.
